Before you bring in the computer
Do I need an appointment for computer repair?
You can send a repair request first or call the store before visiting. Walk-in drop-off is available during opening hours, but contacting us first helps us check whether the job is suitable.
How much does the initial assessment cost?
The initial diagnosis and assessment is NZ$50 including GST. Workshop labour is NZ$90 per hour including GST, with parts and extra work quoted separately.
How long will the repair take?
Timing depends on the fault, current workload and whether parts are required. We confirm the likely timing after the initial assessment.
Can you upgrade my laptop or desktop?
We can assess compatible SSD, RAM and selected desktop component upgrades. We confirm compatibility, parts and labour before the upgrade proceeds.

We can assess many laptop, desktop, gaming PC and Apple computer issues. Send the exact model and symptoms first so we can confirm whether the job fits our workshop service.
