Change-of-mind returns

Return requests should be made within 7 days of delivery or collection. The item must be in original condition, with accessories, packaging and proof of purchase.

Faulty items

If an item develops a fault, contact us with your order number and issue details. We will assess the product and confirm repair, replacement or other support options.

Not normally returnable

Custom / AI PC builds, special-order items, opened software, licences, consumables, physical damage and liquid damage are not normally accepted as change-of-mind returns.

How to request a return

  1. Email sales@xtremesystems.co.nz with your order number, product name and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation before shipping or dropping off the item.
  3. Pack the item safely with all included accessories.
  4. We will inspect the item and confirm the next step.
